today i went to the doctors to see a doctor about my back as i have lately been having problems with it and when i went prevosly i did not feel thad the doctor had assed the situation properly. it was funy when i went the first time because it felt more like i had gone to a concelor rather than a doctor bcause when he was wrighting out my prescription he said to me "i am sorry for all thats happened to you" and like thats spose to help, any way he gave me ibuprofen witch was not working so i went to see another doctor today who properly examened me and he cave me co-codamal and has signed me off of work for a fortnight witch in a way is good as it may help my back but on the other hand it means i will probbly loose out on some money so that is not so good so there you go if it helps it should be all good!!!

i took these yesterday when i was returning from the camps as i had just been on a bike
ride witch turned into a bit of a disaster because about 3miles from home my back
wheel decideded to lock up at first it thouight this was just the brakes had locked but after
disconecting them ithen found my wheel had also locked up. I managed to get the
wheel moving but as it turned i could hear and feel grinding so i had to walk the 3 miles
back home. later i descovered the axel was bent. so there you go a nice bike ride that turned into a bit of a disaster!!! :-(
